Policies

 

Booking Policy 

You may book as far in advance as you wish with a deposit. We will accept all bookings through our booking provider buttons above, please click anywhere that says "Book Game Trailer". Event times are not guaranteed until deposit is made.

 

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy  

No refund should you cancel the reservation within 7 days of your scheduled event. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after deposit is received. Rolling Video Games Central Texas will make every effort to reschedule and/or postpone your event with no penalty to another date, should cancellation be necessary.

 

 

Inclement Weather

Our mobile game theater is insulated and climate controlled with air-conditioning and heating. In the event of severe weather (strong wind, snow, ice, etc...) that makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event.

 

 

Refusal of Service

Rolling Video Games Central Texas reserves the right to refuse service to client and event attendees if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, guests, equipment or the public. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected illegal drug use, aggressive language or acts, unsafe surroundings . If the situation is not corrected, we may delay or cancel an event. 

 

Damage

Rolling Video Games Central Texas or any RVGCTX employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Rolling Video Games Central Texas reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients’ guests. This includes damage and/or theft of items such as television units, game consoles, game controllers, game discs.  Replacement charges will be based on current retail price of the damaged/missing item (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.) and will be charged to the client’s credit or debit card accordingly. Rolling Video Games Central Texas or any RVGCTX employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

 

Food and Drinks

We do not allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc.... in the mobile game theater.

 

Parking

The mobile game theater is designed to be parked on the street with safe sidewalk access to event guests.  If conditions upon our arrival render safe parking unavailable, customers have the option of moving the event to a nearby location suitable for parking.

 

Invitations

All events include invitations. The invitations can be found by clicking the link in your confirmation email.

 

Privacy Policy

Rolling Video Games Central Texas is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make event reservations with Rolling Video Games Central Texas as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

 

Pictures

While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party inside/outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Rolling Video Games Central Texas' Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on our social media pages, please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

 

Video Game Ratings

Rolling Video Games Central Texas gives the host a chance to confirm whether they have video game restrictions. We will ask during the over-the-phone booking or when booking online, simply enter "Age Appropriate" or "No Restrictions" in the appropriate comment box. 

 

 

Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
